I have a project in development and realization in an apparatus for the medical world, principally in the area of Phlebology, witch name is Injection Doses.

The function is to measure doses of products (chemical mixing) for medical purpose.

The principal characteristic is to make a medical treatment with injection doses (clinical or ambulant) with Free Hands.

The front have all the function activated easily knowing the operation realizing, with an electronic panel with all the informations.

The internal distribution of the pump and the mixing are this:

To change the mixing cartouches it is necessary to open the box and insert the new refill, that is available for long times.

The connections of the pump and of the pedal, in conjunction with the injection and ejection are made by an electronic circuit, with all the indications in the front panel.

The control of the equipment is completely electronic, and is actuated by a foot pedal mechanism which operate the mixing advances or reprocess. The equipment utilizes three micro medical pumps and three reservoirs (interchanges or refill) for different mixings.

The principal control is by the foot pedal leaving the hands free, it is the differences with the actual manual injection method, and give the possibility to make a process or operation with precision and with free hands.
